Our client had a mainly manual process to manage their cars, customers’ bookings, and related tasks, such as CRM, accounting, and payments. So they had many systems and processes we had to integrate our solution in and connect them into a single workflow. Over the years we achieved together that they have an internal and automatic system to manage and follow dozens of their cars. On the other hand, we streamlined their booking system to skip most of the personal contacts to reduce operational costs and avoid overloading employees with repetitive tasks. Thus their clients can book any car, at any time and get all the available information. So everything became easier for their users and employees. Last, but not least they have a smart pricing algorithm for profit maximization.

The integration into an existing system, ensuring system security, continuous development, and managing slot availability meant challenges, but thanks to the project planning, the deep understanding of the demands and the close cooperation with the client, we successfully went through them together.
