Játéknap Kft. has entrusted us with creating a mobile application that is easy to use for all age groups, encourages a healthy lifestyle, and ensures that users can track their results. Additionally, it enables the organization and execution of competitions, as well as various social interactions.

During the implementation, we provided our comprehensive Software Development service, which includes Project Management, Quality Assurance, UX/UI Design, DevOps services and Consulting.

Goals

Our primary objective was to complete a mobile application that can be easily and enjoyably used by people of all ages and skill levels. It perfectly fits the product's brand and offers the experience of the brand’s digital equipment extended into the online space.

Challenges

Perhaps the most crucial aspect of the project is that our developed system is capable of seamlessly conducting real-time events and providing multi-platform support for smooth usage on both iOS and Android devices.

End-to-End solution

Using Flutter technology, we successfully met this challenge and utilized most of the Firebase services to ensure seamless user experience and security. The Identity Service Platform ensured secure registration and login, while the real-time database enabled real-time synchronization between the application and the server.

UX design challenge

The diversity of users and the definitive vision related to the client's brand posed numerous challenges during the design of the user interface.

For the project's success, it was crucial to coordinate various teams (Design, Development, QA, DevOps) and maintain lively, to-the-point client communication.

Outcome

Mobile App (iOS and Android)

A brand-customized mobile app that allows track users to automatically record their track time results, observe their progress based on previous results, and compare their performance with others on various leaderboards.

Users can register for current competitions through the app or even organize their own. The app’s real-time capabilities allowed users to access live timings and results of competitions, as well as communicate with competition organizers in real-time.

To promote the tracks, we also created a website where users can find detailed presentations of the tracks and various public start lists. They can download the app or use a map to find the nearest track to them.
