AGENTS.md – The Project's Constitution: At the root of every project sits a dedicated file that immediately gives the AI (Cursor, Claude, or Copilot) full context. The AI doesn't guess — it follows our architecture (e.g., DDD Lite).
Slash Commands: Our developers don't need to prompt for technical boilerplate. A simple, high-level command (e.g., /plan or /test) is enough, and the AI launches a pre-coded, standardized workflow based on our Golden Source knowledge base. This ensures the AI knows exactly which imports, decorators, and testing structures to use.
Multi-model Tooling: We always use the best "brain" for the task. Gemini for massive context, Cursor for precise coding — but all governed by our rules.
