InterTicket, Hungary's leading ticketing provider, recognized this need and partnered with us to revolutionize their platform with an innovative online graphic editing interface. This project, also known as the StemX Editor Series, empowers InterTicket’s partners to effortlessly design HTML-based content, including email templates and landing pages, elevating their marketing capabilities to new heights.
Background: A Vision for Enhanced User Experience
InterTicket had already made significant strides in digitizing auditoriums through an online graphic editor, which established the ticket sales process. However, as the digital landscape continued to evolve, the company saw an opportunity to further enhance its platform by introducing new editors that would provide additional convenience and flexibility for its partners. This ambitious project led to the creation of the StemX Editors, which involved comprehensive editing tools designed to meet the diverse needs of InterTicket’s users.
The Journey: Redesigning and Expanding the Editor Suite
The project began with the redesign of the Viewing Area Editor. This tool, essential for digitizing auditoriums, was given a completely new look to align with the design of InterTicket's admin interface. By improving the user experience and web ergonomics, we ensured that the editor was not only aesthetically pleasing but also intuitive to use, all while maintaining its core functions without the need for backend changes.
Next came the Ticket Template Editor, designed specifically for creating tickets on the online sales portal. This editor, like its predecessor, was built with ease of use in mind, offering tremendous flexibility for users while fitting seamlessly into the overall design concept of the platform.
The final and most complex phase of the project was the development of the HTML Builder. Unlike the previous editors, the HTML Builder offers a wide range of functionalities, allowing users to create virtually any HTML content, from email templates to landing pages. Despite the diversity of these tools, they share a unified design and operational logic, making it easy for users to transition between them with minimal learning curve.
Objectives: Empowering Users with Intuitive Tools
The primary goal of this project was to extend the capabilities of the StemX platform, the admin system used by InterTicket’s ticket sales partners. By integrating online graphic editing modules, we aimed to make it easier for users to edit emails and landing pages related to ticket sales, even for those with limited technical expertise. Our focus was on providing an intuitive, easy-to-use interface that aligned with the business logic of the StemX platform, ensuring a seamless user experience.

To achieve this, we developed a comprehensive design system that ensured consistency across all three editors. This not only solved UI-related challenges but also addressed a key UX issue: the need for users to master one interface and then be able to navigate the others with ease. By leveraging well-established standard solutions, we ensured that experienced users could immediately feel at home with the new tools, while new users could quickly get up to speed without extensive training.
Expanding StemX Admin Functions
In addition to enhancing the graphic editing capabilities, we also extended the administrative functions of the StemX platform. Users can now manage files, assets, and previews directly within the editors, without interrupting their workflow. This seamless integration of administrative tasks into the editing process further streamlines the user experience, making it easier than ever for InterTicket’s partners to manage their ticket sales operations.
